Before you buy.

Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro and Team are one-time purchases: no renewal, nothing to cancel. Team Cloud is the one yearly plan, because it includes hosted storage for Team Workspace.
How does the trial work?
WireLens for Mac unlocks every Pro tool for 14 days the first time it opens. There is no card and no account. When it ends you keep the free plan, and anything beyond the free limits is switched off rather than deleted, so it all comes back when you activate a license.
How do I get my license after paying?
Stripe returns you to a page with a one-click Activate link that opens WireLens, and the same license key arrives by email. Keep the email: it is how you activate again after reinstalling or moving to a new Mac.
How many Macs does a license cover?
Each key activates one Mac at a time. Release it in Settings ▸ License to move it to another Mac, up to three times in 30 days. Teams buy one key per person.
What is the difference between Team and Team Cloud?
Both give each person their own Pro key, managed together. Team is a one-time purchase. Team Cloud is yearly and adds Team Workspace, where your team shares redacted, optionally end-to-end encrypted captures as links. A Team purchase can add Team Cloud later.
Is Pro on iPhone the same purchase?
No. Apple requires in-app purchase for unlocking features on iPhone and iPad, so Pro there is bought through the App Store, monthly, yearly or once, and Mac licenses are sold here. Each works on its own platform.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. WireLens checks the license in the background and only needs to reach the license service once every seven days to keep Pro active.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Direct purchases have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@wirelens.app from the address you paid with. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Write to finance@wirelens.app with what you need. Checkout itself runs on Stripe, and may show the price in your local currency.
